These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at skipthescalpers.com (the "Site") and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Graduated Money LLC, doing business as Skip The Scalpers ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Skip The Scalpers is an independent fan-run ticket marketplace that connects buyers with verified season ticket holders who are unable to attend NFL games. The Company facilitates introductions between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any ticket transaction. All ticket sales are conducted directly between the buyer and the seller.
The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League (NFL), any NFL team, or any official ticketing platform including but not limited to Ticketmaster or StubHub.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
By submitting your name, email address, and/or phone number through any sign-up form on the Site, you consent to receive email and SMS communications from Skip The Scalpers regarding ticket availability, promotional offers, and service updates. You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email. You may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP to any text message.
Joining the buyers list does not guarantee access to tickets. Ticket availability is subject to the discretion of individual season ticket holders and is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Season ticket holders may apply to become sellers through the seller application form at skipthescalpers.com/sell. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any seller application at its sole discretion.
Approved sellers are responsible for ensuring that all tickets offered through the Service are legitimate, transferable, and accurately described. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws regarding the resale of tickets in their jurisdiction.
The Company acts solely as a facilitator connecting buyers and sellers. The Company does not take possession of tickets, process payments, or guarantee the completion of any transaction. All payment arrangements are made directly between the buyer and seller.
The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the authenticity, validity, or transferability of any tickets offered through the Service. Buyers are encouraged to exercise due diligence before completing any transaction.
The Company is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from ticket transactions between buyers and sellers.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Graduated Money LLC d/b/a Skip The Scalpers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written permission from the Company.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRADUATED MONEY LLC D/B/A SKIP THE SCALPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Graduated Money LLC d/b/a Skip The Scalpers and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
